Lets discuss the elephant in the room, the negative reviews. There are no excuses, but only room for improvement. I recently just got a new job and in the midst of my new job, I continued to received orders and did not have my priorities straightened out.
There is only one way to move on and that is by moving forward. I will continue to deliver the best customer service that I have done in the past and will prioritize my orders moving forward. I'm living and learning my mistakes everyday.

3 out of 5 starsI was excited to get this. The description on the package was good but the book was wrapped in tissue paper. The book was easy seen thru the tissue. The ribbon was haphazardly out on and looked sloppy. I ended up rewrapping and using the description from the tissue wrapping and taping it on the new wrapping. That being said, the book selection and description was awesome! I would order again from this shop.

1 out of 5 starsAfter I placed my order, I didn't hear anything from this seller for over 10 days. I sent a couple of messages asking for a shipping update but never got a single reply. Eventually, Etsy refunded my money. I'm not sure if this seller is even an active seller anymore and maybe just hasn't closed their shop or what the deal is but just be aware.
